What is the Minecraft Marketplace?
The Minecraft Marketplace is the official in-game platform where official Minecraft partners can sell their content. This includes worlds, Add-Ons, texture packs, and skin packs. HorizonBlocks publishes its content on the Minecraft Marketplace.

At the moment, we don’t offer any free content on the Marketplace. Our content is only available via Minecoins.

Due to the structure of the Minecraft Marketplace, we’re unable to offer refunds for purchased content. You can contact Microsoft directly to request a refund. Read more here: help.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/articles/360030463592-Mojang-refunds-policy

We aim to publish our content in the best possible quality and with minimal bugs. If you’ve found an issue or want to help us improve our projects, feel free to join our Discord server and post in the relevant forums. Join our Discord here: discord.horizonblocks.com

Go to “Settings” in the main menu and navigate to “Storage”.
Check the sections for “Worlds”, “Cached Data”, “World Templates”, “Resource Packs”, and “Behavior Packs” for any mentions of the affected content. If found, delete them. If the issue persists, try restarting Minecraft, ensure there’s enough storage on your device, or reboot the device entirely.
